At Caryl Baker Visage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience; if you are not happy with a product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain cosmetic items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Guest Services team via email or visit your local Caryl Baker Visage Face Spa with your original sales receipt to start the return process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Product

  Ensure the item is securely packed in its original container, including all applicators and promotional materials that were included at the time of purchase.

• 3.
  Return Shipping or Drop-off

  Ship the package back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping method, or simply hand it to one of our Face Spa consultants for immediate processing.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once your return is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide a store credit for your next beauty transformation.
